Digital voting with 385 iPad at the 9th Bar Association Congress
The 9th Congress of the Portuguese Bar Association was held on July 14-16 at the Paulo VI Pastoral Center in Fatima. It was months before the congress that Futurdata received and accepted the challenge of having a digital voting system at the event, with authentication of delegates, so that they could vote on the various works and their conclusions. Delegates accessed the vote via iPad, and for this purpose 385 iPad were rented from Futurdata. The event had 5 parallel rooms, each with a control room for voting and presentation of results.
As this was an ecological and sustainable event, the guests were digitally checked in, with the delivery of a seed badge.
